RCNTEC’s Resilient Sip Box (RSB) has completed BroadSoft testing for technical interoperability
BroadSoft has acknowledged interoperability of the BroadWorks call control platform with the RCNTEC’s Resilient Sip Box gateway. As a result, RCNTEC has become the first Russian Solution Partner of BroadSoft.

Resilient Sip Box (RSB) is a solution that meets the growing demands of cloud telephony users and corporate clients who require improved communications reliability.
RSB gateway is able to provide efficient communication services, even when there is no connection to cloud PBX due to outages on network. The RSB gateway allows BroadSoft service providers to offer service availability of up to 99.999%. The gateway also comes equipped with diagnostic tools to detect potential malfunctions on VoIP networks, supports cluster mode and provides high performance.
